Annapurna Base Camp ( Sanctuary) Trek

As well as providing the views for Which the trek is famous. The trail takes you through an ever-changing landscape of rice fields, misty forests and tiny villages.

 

The Annapurna Himal is a vast massifj of several peaks above 7,000 m, part of the range forms a natural amphi-theater known as the Annapurna Sanctuary. Ringed by such giants as Annapurna I, Glacier Dome, Gangapurna, Fang and the fishtail peak of Machapuchere. We trek through rhododendron and bamboo forests, as we climb towards the famous Fishtail Mountain Base Camp. From the Sanctuary we use the same route till Chomrong downstream the Midi Khola before making a worthy detour to Gandrung, a beautiful and large Gurung village.

Itineray Details

Day 01: Drive to Pokhara by tourist bus 6 hours.

Day 02: Drive to Nayapul and trek to Tikhedhungga (1540m)

Day 03: Trek to Ghorepani (2840m)

Day 04: Hike PoonHill (3190m) in early morning for panoramic view of Annapurnas and Dhaulagiri and trek to Tadapani (2680) 6-7 hours

Day 05: Trek to Sinuwa (2310m) 6hours

Day 06: Trek to Deurali (3240m) 6 hours

Day 07: Trek to Annapurna Base Camp (4090m) 5 hours

Day 08: Trek down to Bamboo (2310m) 6-7 hours

Day 09: Trek to Chhomrong (2080m) 5 hours

Day 10: Trek to Ghandruk (1960m) 5 hours

Day 11: Trek to Nayapul and drive back to Pokhara 4 hours

Day 12: Drive back to Kathmandu by tourist bus and transfer to hotel.

NOTE:Itinerary can be customized according to the clients budget, time and comfort. Departure schedule can be changed on any unavoidable conditions like weather hazards, trail slides, and avalanches.
